"Bye!" Electrix said to his friends, waving goodbye before heading on the flight to the United States, he was going there to study for a diploma. The trio then walked back to the hangout chatting about their previous battle with Demon when they were stopped by a tall man who was extremely muscular, the man punched them continuously and knocked all three all them down despite their skills, Rex and Nate shot their lasers at the man but the lasers were reflected off the man, while Ryan's martial arts could barely scratch the him. "What are you!?" Rex stammered after being knocked down to the ground. Officers saw the incident and rushed over but as they were running towards them, the man disappeared behind a cloud of smoke. "What!" Nate exclaimed when checking on the smoke. "Where did he go?" One of the officers asked, his mouth wide open in shock. "Dunno." Ryan said shrugging his shoulders.
The next day, Rex was walking to the company building when a short guy who looked twelve walked up to him. "Stop right there!" The guy said stopping Rex. "Who are you?!" Rex said rolling his eyes. "Don't underestimate me!" The guy shouted, using his power to move the objects around them to launched them at Rex. "Ow!" Rex yelled. "Take this!" The guy boomed, forming a huge bubble around Rex. "A bubble, pathetic!" Rex exclaimed, attempting to free himself from the bubble. "What! Is this even a bubble?!" He exclaimed after realizing he was stuck in the bubble while punching the bubble, panicking. "Who's pathetic now?" The guy said, mocking Rex. "Grah!" He yelled, shooting a laser from his eyes that destroys the bubble. Then there was a bright flash of light that temporarily blinded Rex, when his vision was restored the guy was nowhere to be found. He had a feeling the occurrences were linked with one another. When he got to the office he saw Ryan and Nate and told them what had just happened. "Weird how it happened in such quick succession huh!" Rex said. "We should watch out in case there are more of them."
In the following days, there were a huge increase in natural disasters, earthquakes happened more often and the trio's town was flooded. "The troublemakers must be causing this mess!" Rex exclaimed, jumping to conclusions. "Let's investigate." They had a look around the neighborhood but there was not trace of the men. "Must be somewhere wrecking havoc!" Rex said, feeling annoyed for not being able to find the men. After half a day of searching they found the men fighting a huge mob of police officers. "Stop right there!" Nate shouted. "You again!" One of the men exclaimed. "You wrecked our city!" Rex yelled, shooting a laser at the man but much to Rex's dismay, the man dodged it with ease. "That all you got?" The man said, charging at Rex, ramming into him. "Not so tough now are you?" The man scoffed. "My turn!" The shorter man said clapping his hands together, creating a huge gust of wind to blow Nate and Ryan back. "Ah! You..." Nate stammered. "Come back when you're stronger weaklings!" The shorter man mocked the trio before both men vanished into thin air.
"Not again!" Rex exclaimed still sprawled on the ground.
A few days later, Rex and Serene were going for dinner at the most romantic restaurant in the city, Lovers Diner. They were on the way there, talking and laughing as they walked but they had a feeling someone was following them. "It feels strange, why do I get the feeling someone's following us." Rex said. Suddenly, the muscular man appeared out of nowhere. "Say goodbye!" The man shouted and charged at Serene, grabbing her and pinning her on the ground. "Bwah, hah hah!" The man cackled before continuously punching Serene. "Help!" Serene screamed. "Too late!" The man said, tying up Rex in a split second before Serene could even escape. "Die!" The man bellowed, charging up his finishing move. Cosmic Destroyer...
